carNAVi offers One (1) Year Limited Warranty

carNAVi’s warranty obligations for carNAVi hardware products except (rechargable) batteries are limited to the terms set below: carNAVi Enterprise (“carNAVi”) warrants the carNAVi-branded hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user (“Warranty Period”).

Additional Legal Rights for Consumers
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by carNAVi’s warranties are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.

Non-carNAVi Branded/Third Party Products
These products are sold “as is” by the carNAVi stores but may be accompanied by their manufacturers’ standard warranties. Please review the store sales policies for details.
